Shipping: 

Packages are shipped daily Monday thru Saturday by the United States Postal Service.

USA orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail = $5.00 for quantity of one - includes delivery confirmation. We can not be held responsible after package is scanned as delivered.

International orders (Out of the USA) are shipped by the United States Postal Service International Express Mail = $45.00 for quantity of one - includes insurance and tracking. We can not be held responsible for items confiscated by customs.

Note: Lost packages scanned as delivered are not covered by USPS insurance.

 

Returns:

We supply quality skin care products which achieve excellent results for the majority of the population.

Returns are accepted for a full refund minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee if the product is still sealed in the condition sent. We do not refund used products. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must be returned in the condition it was shipped and packaged in a crush proof box or the box it was shipped in, not an envelope or padded envelope. Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of product.
